I usually find hunt the pixel Myst style games tedious and the puzzles nonsensical.
Pros: Puzzles seemed to make sense and were logical. Each area was isolated, so you did not need to travel needlessly all over the place. In game notebook gave decent direction.
Cons: Still a hunt the pixel game.
